I’m here in the busy Baker Street Station and London tube, and this is the iconic London tube map. Now level two on the Ladder of Leadership is description – what you see. But there’s often nuances to description. But the idea is we’re presenting information for the purpose of eventually making a decision. So here, if I were to score this map in terms of realism, it wouldn’t get the greatest score because there’s lots of twists and turns that are not shown on the map. But in terms of utility to help people make decisions in terms of mapping their trip, it’s very, very, very, very useful. Level two on the Ladder is description, we start with description. This is a great example of presenting information in a way that’s useful for making decisions.
