Our experience shows that people’s perspectives change when they watch a simulation. By standing outside themselves, they are able to see situations differently and engage in a new way based on what they observe.
Our digital or in-person simulations use the reality of our clients’ worlds, but place participants in a safe environment where they can observe and practice to build their confidence
