The next time you are having a conversation instead of telling people “We can’t…” instead ask “How can we…”

When we replace “We can’t” with “How can we…” it encourages people to share their ideas. “How can we…” is inclusive and brings people into the building process so people understand why, how and what needs to happen to make the idea come to life.
