But look, paperwork is important. Imagine that the framers of the Constitution and the Magna Carta or your doctor on the last visit said, “Hey, we talked about it. That’s good enough, right? I don’t need to write this down.” Writing, first of all, writing things down forces, clear thinking. So that’s really useful and it creates a record. It’s the record that allows you to do trends, data and make improvements to the process.
So yeah, the operation or the process is important, but it’s the paperwork. It’s the documentation. It’s the collecting of statistics that allows you to improve the process. So yeah, the paperwork is the job. It’s not a separate thing.
