Leadership Nudge – Be Present
This Holiday Season, we encourage you to be present with your teams, your friends, and your families. Give the gift of you. It’s the best gift you can give.
Here’s an idea we try every now and then, put your “apples” in the “apple orchard.” Place a basket on your desk or your table and put your phones, tablets, or any other electronic devices that steals your attention, into the basket.
My leadership nudge to you this week is this:
Be present and in the moment. It is the best gift we can give the people in our lives! We wish you the best this holiday season and in the coming year!
