Just got off this cruise ship here in Reykjavik, Iceland and a total disaster. First of all, this is the taxi line. Going all the way out there. I’ve been sitting on the bus for 20 minutes. He’s trying to get permission to leave. You see these busses are all stacked up. Can’t find the right person. Some mysterious person needs to give us permission. Doesn’t make any sense.
This is where Intent-Based Leadership comes into play. “Hey, I intend to leave. Someone stop me.” At least for me it will work better than sitting on this bus.
