Leaders, your mission should you choose to accept it is to back yourself out of a meeting. Start with this; plan to arrive to this meeting five minutes late. Let your team know that you are going to be late and you want them to start without you.
Let them start with out you and when you show up, don’t take over! Just let them keep running the meeting. Come in. Go sit in the back. Stay quiet. Let me know how it goes!
