Turn Agile Around
There’s a big difference between Doing Agile and Being Agile.
Lots of organizations have embraced Agile processes such as Kanban, Scrum and Sprints and have implemented Agile team structures with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
But implementing new processes and structure (Doing Agile) is what we see on the surface. Being Agile is about how people work together and the shift in thinking and behavior which is required to support the changes in process.
Intent-Based Leadership provides the language and the mechanisms that help teams to maximize the potential of Agile.
When we involve everyone in thinking, we get a win-win situation. The company is more adaptive, agile, resilient, and profitable. The people have more fulfilling jobs, and richer, healthier lives.
