Intent-Based Leadership is a system of working that provides leaders and teams with common language and practices.

We provide licensed programs of workshops designed to help leaders and teams quickly learn and practice how to be an Intent-Based leader.

We can accomplish this in different ways . . .

Coach the coach – we develop a team of internal team members to deliver a bespoke program
Expert-led – we use our highly experienced team of IBL professionals to introduce the intent-based approach

We also provide a workshop as an Introduction to Intent-Based Leadership, which is an ideal way to raise awareness and understanding about the potential for this approach in your organization
